How long does it take to process an order?

Yarn, Necklaces, Gift Tags, and Kits: Please allow 2-3 days for your yarn and accessories orders to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Please know that I I run this glorious business solo for the most part and work with human hands and a human brain. Every order is packed with a ton of care!

Accessories: The lovely tote bags, t-shirts, mugs, candles, and some other items where it is noted on the product description, take several days to process and are shipped separately from the yarn and kits. These items are produced when ordered, so it takes extra time to process. Please allow up to TWO WEEKS to receive your item. The wait is worth it!

What about shipping?

I currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to Mississippi, you’ll get it faster than if you live in, say, California. USPS quotes 2 - 8 business days for shipping, depending on which postage rate you choose. The tote bags, candles, and t-shirts ship from Arizona. Other items ship from various places in the U.S. 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. Sorry! Maybe in the future!

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@thatchedroofcottage.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
